       		<description><![CDATA[Telco company Black + White has joined the Starship Mobile Phone Recyling Appeal.<br><br>The Starship Foundation partners with a recycling company to refurbish and on-sell the old phones to developing economies around the world.  Phones in working order are refurbished and exported to places such as Hong Kong, China or to Eastern Europe, while those beyond repair are recycled through the correct environmental channels.<br><br>]]></description>

       		<description><![CDATA[A German judge said on Thursday an injunction sought by Apple banning the sale of Samsung's new Galaxy Tab tablet computers in Germany appeared valid because there were overarching similarities to Apple's iPad.<br><br>Speaking before Apple and Samsung made their arguments in court, the judge said her view was that the injunction should be upheld.
